Acitivity 1. Surya namaskara Activity 2. Hip opening yoga pose
1. Assemble of students on the ground
2.Teachers divides the students in to 4 group each having 10 members
3. Groups are named as A , B C and D
4. Groups A and B are instructed to perform surya namaskara
5. Group C and D are instructed to perform hip Opening yoga poses like malasana, Eagle pose, Frog pose etc
6. Students learn about the joint responsible for the movements during yoga
7. Understands the structure of ball and socket joint


Children can be asked to play cricket game to understand the ball and socket joint movement
Children are motivated to collect pictures of games and exercise that involves use of ball and socket joint
