Learning Outcomes

1.       Students will know the binary fission.

2.       They will know the various method of asexual reproduction.

3.       Students can differentiate between asexual and sexual reproduction.

4.       Students will know the importance of binary fission.

Description Of Activity

-          All the students are collected in play ground.

-          38 students of the class make a large circle with joining their hands.

-          2 students of the class stands out of the circle and run with 2 balloons.

-          Large circle of students up and down their hands when rotating.

-          Musical sound start from mobile phones.

-          Large circle of students rotate clock wise and outer 2 students rotate anti clock wise.

-          Sounds off after 5 minutes, outer students touch two students of a circle and pass one balloon.

-Touch students out from circle and remaining students again forms two circles.

-One large circle of 38 students divide into two circle containing 18 students and  two- two students out of the circle.

- Outer students take 1 balloon from circle.

-Again start sounds from mobile and repeat again game like previous process.

-After 15 minutes 8 circles are formed having 3 students and 16 students out of the circle.

Post Game- All the students can easily understand the process of binary fission with playing game.

Variations

- Football, Basketball 

Coaching Tips

Coaching tips- Care must be taken while running in circle and skates could harm the students if they accidently fall or slip over the ground.
