Description Of Activity

STEPS OF ACTIVITY-

1) Students will be divided into 5 groups.

2) The groups are named as A,B,C,D,E

3) Each group will have equal no. of players. 

4) All students will stand in different station with equal distribution. And teacher will instruct every steps of activity.

5) In every station , players have to do the exercise for 30 secs .

6) After 30 secs, on the whistle they will take a rotation and will land on the next station and thereby will continue the process until they have completed their exercises on each station.

7) While being on each station , students will understand the particular figure of station in which they have landed. 

8) Lastly teacher will explain all the understanding and concept of the figure.

Variations

Running- With the help of running exercise , students will be instructed to draw a figure after the end of their lap.

secondly, groups will be made and they will get instructed like-

i.e Group A form a triangle- and then 3 students from that group will stand in a way , as they are forming a triangle while standing each corner of a triangle. In this way they can be instructed to form any figure which teacher will ask for.

Coaching Tips

Before going for any shape related activity , teachers should make all the figures and shapes very clear so that while activity the students will be able to make that particular shape they will be ask to form.
