Description Of Activity

Spread students around the play area.

Create “injury spots” using cones/hoops.

When the teacher calls out a body part (e.g., “knee,” “elbow,” “shoulder”), students must run to an injury spot.

Pick up a bean bag and place it on that body part as a “bandage.”

Students must hold the bean bag in place using balance only (no hands) and move to the finish line or back to the start.

Repeat with different body parts.
