Description
A class of 40 students will be divided into five groups consisting of eight members
Group means constituency and members are the people from different parties.
There are 8 lanes in the ground they will run 100 meter race, 8 lanes represents 8 quality to become a leader and why we should cast our votes. Running means how much votes they are getting.
Reasons
1. He should follow the ethics of democracy (monitor)
2. He should look after the people (classmates)
3. He will be responsible for his constituency (classroom)
4. He should be knowledgeable (good in studies)
5. He should participate in welfare of his people (CC activities)
6. He should be a liaison (communicator)
7. He must possess a leadership quality
8. He should be dynamic
Actions
All 8 members will start from the starting point
After the whistle blow they will take their respective positions
With the sound of the clapper they will run
[Note: 1. Foul start means disqualification. Means wrong details for the nomination leading to prohibition to contest.
2. Inter crossing the lanes also leads to disqualification means involvement in corruption of any kind.]
There will be 5 leaders selected from 5 groups competing 5 heats with 8 member each. These 5 groups represent 5 different constituency.
The qualifier from 5 heats are Members of Parliament contesting for CM/PM(Class Monitor).
Final race will be conducted between the qualifiers
The one who wins the event will become CM/PM (Class Monitor)
