Set-up:
Create an obstacle course using cones, hula hoops, ropes, benches, and other available equipment. Divide the class into groups of 4-5 students.
Instructions:
Explain the rules: Each group must complete the obstacle course as quickly as possible without making any mistakes.
Demonstrate the correct way to perform each obstacle.
