ACADEMIC PERSPECTIVE- Students will learn to create a scale using a suitable proportnality constant.

SPORTS PERSPECTIVE- Students will be able to draw the diagram of Basketball Court and get to know all the rule and point area.

Description Of Activity

To learn the game, the student must be acquinted with ground. Students will be divided in a group of 5 or 6. Each group will be asked to take the measurement of basketball ground and note down. Then in rough paper first they will convert the dimensions in accordance of A4 size paper and complete the court structure. Now label the court and note important points for game winning. Before landing on court students will have the basic idea about the game and rule.

Variations

THis can be done for other game ground like football, hockey, badminton etc.

Coaching Tips

Students must know the unitary system or ratio and proportion to convert dimension of court
