Description Of Activity
How to play
- Track of 400 m. will be marked. Marked water cycle diagram with Chalk powder on the ground .
- Divide a class into multiple groups of 12 students .out of each group 4 students will participate in 4X100m. relay race.
- All four students give title of water cycle process.ex-Water,Evaporation,Condensatoin,Precipitation,Collection.
- When first student starts race its called Evaporation process.
- Second student follows Condensatoin in his running part
- Third student follows Precipitation in his running part
- Fourth student follows collection in his running part.
- Here 4X100m race represent water cycle four steps.water changes liqid to Gas,gas to liqid,liqid to solid & liqid form.
- So turn by turn all students group will participate in field & track activity.
Variations
- Through this activity students also learn the process of rock cycle.
- Important to play with no refereed and lets team decide amoung themselves.
Coaching Tips
- Teacher can easily explain water cycle through this relay race .
- Physical education teacher explain the rulesof race to the students.
- To intruct students run safely & follow team spirit .
- Students follow rule of Co-ordination with group.
