Activity: Basket ball
1. Assemble of children on the ground
2. Teacher divides the students in to groups having 5-7 members
3. Basket ball game will be conducted between the group.
4. Children are asked to observe the bone and joints involved during shooting a free throw
5. Children learn about hinge joint and its movement involved

Sprinting can be conducted to know the invlovement of knee joint and elbow joint
Bicep curls can be demonstrated to explain the elbow joint( Hinge joint)
