Student will be able to understand about the magnetic and non magnetic materials

Description Of Activity

The students will divided into two teams

One magnetic and other non magnetic

Ball is a magnet

Players are magnetic material

When game will start , the student who holds the ball and puts in a basket is magnetic material and one who cannot do is non magnetic material.

This way they will come to know the basics of basketball

 

Variations

Ball act as a magnet and players are materials

Coaching Tips

Teacher will tell students that ball is a magnet and you will be material . The player who holds , dribbles and put the ball in the basket will be magnetic material.This shows the power of magnet to the endurance and stamina of players
