Learning Outcomes

It is a very important issue nowadays  where violence in  our society taking very dangerous place. Our young kids losing peace and respect  to motivate and make them good citizens  we will try to co, related lessons with Teachings of Ashoka king  his love for every living matter. We try to make various group of yoga's  events. 

Description Of Activity

In the play ground the teacher will arrange a yoga session where some students will learn and do various yoga activities like  on chanting, om vilom, neti,surya namaskar, vaman, swash ashan and various other  activities. 

Other group of students will arranged  with other sports activities  like boxing, judo, wrestling etc after session a group of students  will note their  remarks  and changes. 

Variations

Teacher will differentiate between two different groups students will tell us their experiences  and they will learn peaceful living environments. Other fighter groups will not so calm. 

Coaching Tips

Teacher will play very important role in this process  he will arrange yoga camp and other sports activities and guide the students at various levels.
