Description Of Activity
How to play
- Students will be assembled on the ground and stand up in the shape of India's map.
- Rest of the students will assemble at the start of an athletic track of 100 M.
- Teams of the students will be selected in the group of A, B, C, D, etc.
- Each team of 4 athletes will occupy one lane and stand at this position of the start lane.
- Questions related to the mineral's location will be asked to the team, one by one.
- It is assumed that teams of the students will run after the sound of the clapper of the gunshot.
- One or more than one student will reach the proper location on the map of India.
- They will stand-up at the right location of any mineral place on the map of India.
- Students will reach at different times.
- Time of each student will be recorded.
- Some of the students may not complete the race.
Variations
The size of athletic ground may vary, depending upon the facility in the school.
Coaching Tips
Encourage children to run properly, the safety and security of the students should be kept in mind.
