1. Differentiate between the sexual and asexual reproduction in plants.

6. Develop the skill of dissecting and presenting the flower parts.
1. Students were divided into 5-7 groups.
2. Each group is asked to run from a predecided start point to a predecided tree or plant having flowers one by one, with the condition that each group member will hold hands together while running.
3. Their time duration should be recorded by teacher with help of other students and finally first second and third positions should be awarded to groups.
4. Each group will collect one flower for their group and bring to the class.
5. Dissect the various part of the flower and learn about their role in reproduction with the help of facilitator.
6. Representation of flower parts will make their concept more clear.
7. The colour parts of the plants and their importance can be extended to the next concept of pollination by insects.
1. Running pattern can be made more interesting by adding sack race in it or frog race or distance can be increase as per need by applying the condition of two round of field or more then going to the destination tree.
2. Collection of flowers by each group can be of different plants some unisexual and some bisexual, which will add up the content.
3. Gardening parctices such as stem cuttings, stem tubers etc can be additional done for the physical involment of the students.
4. After the dissectio of flower students can be ask to draw their well label diagram in their note book.
1.students can be ask to make the model of the bisexual and unisexual flower which they had collected using the waste material available in their surrounding.
2. Student can make a human pyramid having shape of flower with the maximum involvement of all the students.
3. Science drama on pollination can be played by students.
Forcep, needle, watch glass, water, pencil, paper etc (which will be used by groups while dissecting the flower).
