How to play
We can correlate/ present this particular lesson with the help of game "Ek Mota Haati Jhoom Kar Chala" .
Activity 1
The whole class will be divided into two big groups. A child will walk bending over swing his/ her arm for trunk and sing the song "One elephant went out to play all on spiders web one day they had such enormous fun that they called for another elephant to come HEY ELEPHANT". Then after the song the child chooses another child. This will be repeated until all the kids are called, walking back, jumping, making noises of animals and narrating content of the story.
Activity 2
Basketball Relay Races
Obviously, this drill is better done with teams of at least 10 players (five on each side). At its core, though, its a race between two individual players. Its all about what they can do to help their team win when under a little bit of pressure.
Start both teams at one baseline with a basketball apiece. Then ask these players to race down the court dribbling with their dominant hand before hitting the other baseline and coming back dribbling with only their offhand.
As soon as they hit the free-throw stripe on the way back they have to post up and sink a shot before they can give the ball back to their team. After that, start the relay race all over again. First-team through the entire race from top to bottom wins.
Students will play this game in a disciplined and entertaining way. There will not be hooting or pushing. For safety measures separate groups will be made for girls and boys so that they can play the game without any hesitation comfortably.
